RETURNS
At CSL we stand by the quality of all of our products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery with the condition the product remains in its original, unopened, unused condition, complete with all original packaging, tags and instruction manuals. Please note we charge a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the purchase price on all refunds.
There are NO returns on special make items, duvet inners, mattress toppers or pillows due to hygiene reasons, and beds, bunks, mattresses, bedheads, furniture, clearance specials, international orders or products that have been laundered unless they are faulty. Best Sheets
I bought a set of these a few years ago after looking far and wide for silky smooth sheets that are durable. I was so happy with them that I got another set recently. They improve with use and are just what I was looking for: cool, breathable, soft and luxurious. Many other expensive sheets I have bought have ended up pilling or ripping but so far these have lasted well. Plus they don't wrinkle like full cotton sheets. I will buy tencel sheets from now on.
